Keling 3.0 AI Models Transform Advertising Production, Overcoming Budget and Time Constraints

The Keling 3.0 series models are poised to redefine commercial creative processes, particularly within the advertising industry, by enabling high-quality content generation without traditional production limitations. This follows a previous demonstration of the models' capabilities in game development.
According to Keling AI Super Creator Bob Erhei, an advertising professional with experience in animated productions for over 100 clients, AI's role in advertising is expanding beyond mere copywriting inspiration. He notes a shift towards a "creator-AI collaboration" paradigm, addressing the industry's long-standing challenges of budget constraints, tight schedules, and environmental unpredictability.

AI Addresses Production Challenges
Traditional advertising production often struggles with an "impossible triangle" of limited budget, tight schedules, and uncontrollable external factors. AI tools are now providing solutions to these issues. For instance, AI can rapidly produce "result-oriented" mock-ups that closely resemble final products early in the creative process. This not only guides subsequent filming but also visualizes concepts that might be physically impossible to shoot. Brands, Erhei notes, are increasingly seeking dynamic video prototypes over static storyboards, a demand AI is uniquely positioned to meet.

While some industry voices express concerns about a "sense of detachment" in AI-generated advertisements and difficulties in maintaining product consistency—such as products deforming or characters changing appearance—Erhei's current testing focuses on verifying Keling 3.0's ability to meet stringent advertising standards.
Enhancing Automotive and Product Advertising
Erhei specifically tested the Keling 3.0 series models for car advertisements, a high-value category. He provided instructions for text-to-video functions, requesting storyboard suggestions for automatic interior display switching and the integration of virtual characters into family car advertisements. He anticipates that automatic scene switching will become an essential tool, simplifying ad creation for novices and enabling clearer instructions from management.
Tests on cosmetics, perfumes, and shoes also yielded positive results. Keling 3.0 demonstrated strong consistency during subject reference generation and text-to-video processes. Products maintained their form during rotational displays and free movements, and the model accurately interpreted textual descriptions of video atmosphere and style. This indicates Keling 3.0's ability to resolve consistency issues in complex product shooting.

Character Consistency and Emotional Expression
Maintaining character consistency is crucial in advertising, as a model's appearance directly influences an ad's tone and brand positioning. Erhei designed tests to assess Keling 3.0's ability to generate long sequences with consistent characters.
The model successfully generated the same character walking in various scenes (office, library, city street) with costume changes, and also depicted warm mentor-apprentice affection. Using the Omni text-to-video function, characters dynamically interacted with products, leveraging multi-reference character features to generate three-view drawings from a single-sided image. The image-to-video function also proved effective for pet-related content, demonstrating the model's versatility in maintaining animal consistency, which can mitigate challenges associated with live animal models or CG alternatives.
These results suggest the model can reliably reproduce specified character traits, maintain consistency across different scenes and shot sizes, and convey human emotions. This capability allows for pre-determining brand spokespersons or models and quickly generating advertisement demos for various scenarios, providing visual support for brand tone setting.

High-Quality CG Content Generation
Traditional CG advertisements, which include 3D designs for fluids, sauces, and mechanical parts, typically involve high production costs and long cycles. Keling 3.0's performance in this area was also evaluated.
Using the image-to-start-and-end-video function, the model created appealing videos showcasing juice ingredients, allowing for shot cutting and providing ideas for camera movements. It also handled intricate items like watches, enabling specific detail replacement while maintaining consistency during manual shot cutting. The model successfully generated videos demonstrating the bounce and lightness of sports shoes and the silky quality of sauces.
These tests indicate that the Keling 3.0 series models can generate high-quality CG content, potentially replacing some procedural CG animation effects. It is anticipated that as the model's stability improves, it will significantly reduce the time and cost associated with traditional procedural production.

Future Outlook for Advertising
Erhei concludes that the Keling 3.0 series models function as a "super creative partner" with an understanding of storyboards, products, and aesthetics. Their primary value lies in "unleashing creativity," enabling small teams to achieve high-quality results without substantial investment and preventing creative ideas from being constrained by budget and schedule. While AI can rapidly generate impressive starting points, Erhei emphasizes that AI will not replace creators; rather, creators who leverage AI will outperform those who do not. This shift represents an evolution in creative discourse within the advertising industry, urging professionals to embrace technological advancements rather than succumb to anxiety.
